I just finished my first ever book by Tom Wolfe. Bonfire of the Vanities It was a damn good read. Laura, it’s all yours if you want it…I’ll bring it with me on Friday.
In other news, I’m sitting perfectly still and it feels like the whole world is rotating forward and any moment I’m going to fall out of my chair.
And no, I am not drunk.
Back in Berlin as of this afternoon, I took a long nap and I still feel tired. I wanted to go so a movie or something else not very productive with the rest of the day…but Potzdammer Platz is overrun with football fans all wanting to watch the EM and the line to get through security is atrocious. Poop on that.
Tomorrow I do my city walking tour. Let’s hope it kicks at least half as much ass as last time. That’ll get me up out of bed early and spending the day getting all excited about doing stuff the rest of the week.
I’m completely drained today. Ugh.
