
This is the view that I get on my walk to my new school. The top of the mountain is hiding behind the clouds, but from my vantage point, I can see into the crater of the volcano when it’s clear. To give some scale, the summit of the peak (which you can’t see) is approximately one vertical mile above sea level. And the rest of the land is pretty much at sea level…

If i’m not mistaken that is Mt. Isarog in Camarines Sur, actually an extinct volcano. What a nice scenery…

That is indeed Mt. Isarog, and it’s in my backyard…I can also see Mt. Iriga, Mt Malinao and Mt. Mayon.
