Ok, so today is officially my third day in the city. I´ve gotten fairly settled into my hostel and bought a ton of groceries at the nearest grocery stores (one being El Corte Ingles, a Spanish department store with an amazing crocery store in the basement) and have gotten a new phone card for my mobile.
I had a brief city centre tour with some of my classmates and a welcome dinner that was absofuckingloutely fantastic! If you know where to go here, you can eat a really good meal at a nice place for not too much.
Class starts bright and early tomorrow morning at 9:30 and I need to do laundry in the worst way. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be able to do it tonight. It looks like handwashinthebathroomsink city for me.
Hope school is going well for all of you who just had that first fun week! Wish me luck with spanish class (only 2 hours of the school day) tomorrow, I fear this will be painful.
